Thank you for shopping with Emira Veils. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please note that processing times may be longer during product launches, promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Canada
  • United States
  • select international destinations, where available

If we are unable to ship to your location, we will contact you.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any free shipping threshold applies after discounts and promotional codes have been applied, unless otherwise stated.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been processed and shipped.

Typical estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 3–10 business days
  • United States: 4–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

5. Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

6. Split Shipments

For logistical reasons, items in the same order may occasionally be shipped separately.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may be charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

8. Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers
  • customs clearance
  • weather conditions
  • incorrect address information
  • failed delivery attempts
  • events beyond our reasonable control

9. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after the order is placed.

10. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Emira Veils is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier first and then reach out to us if you need assistance.

11. Returned-to-Sender Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we may contact you to arrange re-shipment at your expense.
