Refund and Returns Policy

At Emira Veils, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
We accept returns of eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- the item must be free from stains, odors, perfume, makeup, damage, and signs of wear
- all original tags must be attached
- the item must be returned in its original packaging
- proof of purchase or order number must be provided
3. Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and sale reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- underscarves / undercaps / hijab caps
- scrunchies
- pins and magnets once opened or used
- gift cards
- items marked Final Sale
- items discounted by 20% or more
- clearance or markdown items
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@emiraveils.com and include:
- your order number
- the item name
- a description of the issue
- clear photos of the item and packaging
If the issue is verified, we will, at our discretion, offer a replacement, refund, or store credit at no additional cost to you.
5. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please email support@emiraveils.com with:
- your order number
- the item(s) you wish to return
- the reason for return
Please do not send items back without return authorization.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
7. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved:
- the refund will be issued to your original payment method
- original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- refunds may take 3–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer
8. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the eligible item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
9. Store Credit
Where appropriate, we may offer store credit instead of a refund.
10. Refused Returns
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above. If a return is refused, the item may be shipped back to you at your expense.
